Cab Sauv Reserve 2021 Traminette Elegant aromatics and abundant onA structured Cabernet Sauvignon from Coquelicots organically farmed estate vineyard in Los Olivos. Grown on sandy loam soils, the fruit is destemmed, fermented on skins, and aged in neutral French oak after full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and filtered, it shows dark fruit, earthy depth, and firm but polished tannins.
