This is a great and scarce example of the Italian P. O. Petardo Offensive grenade. The grenade consists of a sheet iron cylinder, flat at the base and curved at the top. The outer wall, painted green, bears the two large letters "PO" indicating the type of bomb: offensive peterdo. At the top would be an "Olergon" model primer fuse, though the fuze is gone. The metal alloy cover, also cylindrical and ending in a
