The slow-growing

Tropical Breeze Velvet Red Mandevilla - Monrovia 399 backed by lush and shinyDeep velvet red flowers bloom early and abundantly against the dark, glossy green foliage of this tropical shrub like vine. This particularly bushy variety can be supported with a trellis to add height, or left to form a dense mound. A great choice for hanging baskets or containers, with or without support. Evergreen in frost free regions; treat as a summer annual in cooler regions.
