This is a relatively rare example of a Soviet Cold War era Naval flag, as flown by the ships and vessels who housed the Task Force commander and is dated 1990. This flag was used from April 21, 1964 to July 21, 1992. The flag measures 26" x 40 and appears to have never been used and is in near mint condition.
