Tapatio, Blanco 110 Tequila, Mexico, 750mL Moscato Yellow PlavecAt a high 110 proof, this is a tequila specially designed to be used in cocktails, as its intense aromas and flavors remain instead getting covered by the other ingredients. However, it is very gentle at the palate and can be sipped and savored neat or on the rocks. With notes of cooked agave, subtle smoke, white pepper, anise, cinnamon and apple. With a very long finish, the essential oil literally hangs from the glass.
