Fuchsia Pink Crystal Lips Hat "L'Amour" wizard of oz hat decorated with laceUnique 3D pouting lips hat, traditionally hand blocked, couture hat. Intricately decorated by hand with crystals. This hat is blocked on a handmade hat block which was made by Bink which makes it completely unique, it is hand stitched and has yellow polka dot lining.
