Citrus × aurantium 'Seville Appleby' (Seville Appleby Bitter Orange) Tibouchina making it an excellent choiceCitrus aurantium 'Seville Appleby' (Seville Appleby Bitter Orange) is a classic bitter orange variety highly prized for its aromatic fruits that are essential for traditional marmalade. This robust evergreen tree produces medium sized, thick skinned oranges with a deeply aromatic rind and tart, acidic flesh. The fruits are too sour for fresh eating but deliver an intense flavour and excellent setting quality for marmalades, preserves, and liqueurs.
