these paratroopers

something which had not been seen for many days

and it was much more economical to produce the insignia separately

The most successful was Detachment Two of VF (N) -76 aboard the Hornet

truly seemed like a cakewalk

Original Japanese WWII Pair of Late War Rubberized Canvas Arisaka Ammunition Pouches Russian Machine Guns these paratroopersOriginal Item: Only One Pair Available. This is a pair of Japanese Late WWII Ammo pouches for Arisaka Rifles, made from rubberized canvas. As the war progressed and materials like leather became scarce, Japan turned to rubberized canvas to make items such as slings, bayonet frogs, belts, and ammo pouches. These were worn 2 to 3 on a belt, and all types are hard to find. These pouches are in good shape, though both are missing the top closure strap.
