This is a lovely FIRST MODEL vintage cowboy saddle ring Winchester Model 1873 carbine in the most popular caliber of . 44 40 as used in both carbines and six guns revolvers of the era. Offered in good condition and correct in all respects, it's serial number 60928indicates that it was manufactured in 1880. Still fully functional the action cycles perfectly with a round barrel and decent rifling. In nice tight
