This is a very nice service worn 1936 Officers pattern Tschako, with the late pattern police green wool body and brown finished leather trim. It has a very fine quality police officer eagle with aluminum cockade (often missing) and black leather chinstrap. A great Polizei helmet (shako) as used by the rural police! It is interesting to note that it looks like the trim may have originally been black for the
