This was either produced on stiff fiberboard or has been mounted to fiberboard during the professional framing process. Since photos were taken the paper on the back was cut,(new photos taken) then we remounted the picture board with the clips but forgot to add the carboard layer, out of disgust we simple taped the cardboard to the back over the paper which we clear taped around the edge.
