'Shield Maiden' ORIGINAL ARTWORK by Marta Hutt frida The streets I knewShield Maiden is inspired by the legend of Lagertha, a Viking ruler from what is now Norway, and the onetime wife of the famous Viking Ragnar Lodbrok. She may not have been a historical figure, but a reflection of tales about badass Viking warrior women from the 12th Century. Previously not available for purchase, this original artwork has been made available to buy and is currently available to view at the 'Between The Lines' exhibition in Art
