Four per package, supplied with four 4x5mm grub screws and four 3x14mm pins. The hub is the interface between the axle and the wheel, and it carries every bit of drive torque through that splined connection. A worn or rounded hub lets the wheel move independently of the axle under load, which destroys both parts quickly once it starts. The pins and grub screws are included so you can fit them
