Using Sebastiano's original recipe, inspired by the ubiquitous paprika chips of Sicily, they combined sweet and hot Calabrian chili peppers, Boonville Barn Collective's Espelette pepper, garlic, onion, and Fine Sea Salt from Trapani, Sicily.
