This is an original D Day Eisenhower Message to the Troops letter as issued to allied forces after the Normandy Landings in June 1944, stating that their task is finished. This was the last communique from SHAEF. The letter measures 6 x 9 and is in fair condition with some basic folding and light staining, with minor tearing along the ends of the folds. This is one of the very few finished letters we have offered.
