Their white is a different kind of statement: a field blend of nine varieties (Viura, Malvasia, Garnacha Blanca, Tempranillo Blanco, Maturana Blanca, Turruntes, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Verdejo) farmed organically across high altitude parcels at 600
