Amorotti only began bottling under its own label in 2016, and output is still tiny, roughly 1,800 cases across the whole range. Farming is organic and worked along biodynamic and natural lines, and the Montepulciano ferments spontaneously, with no temperature control, in a labyrinthine cellar beneath the
