fresh plum
The palate is creamy with heaps of brown sugar
aged around three years on the lees
not just the doormat greeting
from a simple toast at the office to why not breakfast mixed with a little orange juice
Bedrock Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon Montecillo Vineyard 2021 0426JACKSON fresh plumMoon Mountain's windswept heights have long produced some of California's most age worthy Cabernets, and this regeneratively farmed gem showcases why. Vines planted in 1964 deliver waves of dark fruit, gravel, tobacco, and dried herbs, underpinned by imposing tannins that demand patience. Baked blueberry, cigar tobacco, and spice box emerge from beneath nicely integrated French oak.
