Elio Altare, Langhe Giarborina Vintage:2021 Pale to medium deep ruby-purpleIt may seem hard to believe, but the 2004 Langhe Arborina takes things to another level. Here it is the interplay of exuberance and vibrancy that is totally captivating. The 2004 is intense, structured and destined to provide exceptional drinking for another decade plus. Scents of cherry, mint, spice and licorice add the final shades of nuance. The 2004 has really blossomed over the last few years. Antonio Galloni
