Le P'tit Roca Rouge 2024 Swabia Greek-rooted Assyrtiko from regenerative PaicinesA fresh organic red from Languedoc, made with Grenache and Carignan grown on limestone based soils near Nizas. The grapes are harvested by variety and parcel, destemmed, then macerated as whole berries in stainless steel, concrete, and large neutral barrels. After a short fermentation and brief aging, the wine is blended and lightly filtered before bottling. Bright, easygoing, and fruit driven, with red fruit, soft tannins, and a clean earthy finish.
