rich and youthfully intense

with juicy redcurrant fruit and a punchy lift of freshness

this cool growing site north of Montalcino village performs very nicely in the hot vintages such as this

powerful (all of these wines have 15-16% alcohol)

This is a lovely Bourgogne that should reward a few years of bottle aging

Ferren, Chardonnay Frei Road other_regions_italy rich and youthfully intenseThe 2021 Chardonnay Frei Road Vineyard opens with wafts of matchstick that give way to citrus peel, almonds, gravel dust and crme frache aromas. The light bodied palate is driven by firm, linear acidity. It's packed to the brim with citrusy flavors, and it has a long mineral driven finish. Reminiscent of Chablis, this shimmery Chardonnay will be long lived in the cellar.
