La San Marco Steam Valve Rod with Cam Brand_Macap full NSF complianceLa San Marco Steam Valve Rod with Cam The activating rod for La San Marco steam valves, machined with an integral cam. Pulling the lever moves this rod against the cam, which compresses a spring acting on a bushing; that bushing pushes a second rod that presses the valve's gasket holder and a second spring to open the valve. It's one of the more involved rebuild jobs on these machines because of the stacked spring and bushing chain. COMPATIBILITY
