David Bowie – The Next Day Extra EP (Vinyl) Format:Vinyl EP Parks made an impression onThe tracks on David Bowies' The Next Day Extra EP RSD release mostly echo the alt rock sound heard on parts of The Next Day. The final track, God Bless The Girl, is the high point of the new material here. It doesn't quite fit into this era of David Bowie's career, instead sounding more like his folky, upbeat '60s work. It's a surprise at the end of the EP, but it makes for a great closer. The real standout here, though, is James Murphy's mix of Love
