A smoky nose of petrol
this is a pretty sweet but also saline
with a perfect fruit profile and orange oil character
and acacia flowers
with a lively spine of acidity and delicately phenolic back-end grip
Parde Haut Bailly other_regions_australia A smoky nose of petrolThe 2020 Haut Bailly II opens in the glass with aromas of plums, minty cassis, sweet soil tones and pencil shavings. Medium to full bodied, with a sweet core of fruit framed by powdery tannins, it's a nicely balanced effort that will reward a bit of patience.
