Cantina Furlani Rossino Frizzante Schiava 2024 RFLASH making them the ideal varietalRossino is Cantina Furlani's lightly sparkling red, made from 100% Schiava grown high in the Trentino Dolomites by fourth generation grower Matteo Furlani. The grapes get a short maceration of four to five days, ferment primarily in stainless, then go through a secondary fermentation in bottle using frozen must saved from harvest. There is no disgorgement, no filtration, no added sulfur. What you get is the kind of light, frothy, slightly hazy red
