Isolation Proof, Summer Gin, Strawberry and Rhubarb, New York, 750mL Torrontes brown sugarIsolation Proof Strawberry Rhubarb Gin is the crushable pink gin you've been waiting for. To make it, we start by adding locally grown Catskills strawberries and rhubarb to the still, followed by pink peppercorn, grapefruit peel, blood orange peel, and a touch of cardamom. Strawberry Rhubarb Gin shines in citrus forward cocktails and adds a delightful summery twist to classics like a G&T, Gimlet, or White Negroni.
