Domaine de l'Enclos Chablis 2023 SF Chronicle with 45% pinot noir andVillage Chablis from Domaine de l'Enclos, the young Chablis estate that has quickly become one of our go to addresses for what real Chablis should taste like: chiseled, oyster shell driven Chardonnay with no makeup.
