A restrained and markedly coolBased on the 2019 vintage and disgorged in November 2024 with a dosage of eight grams per liter, the latest release of Laurent Perriers NV Brut Cuve Ros is showing nicely, opening with aromas evocative of pomegranate, dark cherry, blood orange and bergamot, with a with hint of Sichuan pepper. On the palate, it is medium to full bodied, vinous and expansive, with a youthful, frothy mousse and a richly concentrated core of fruit, underpinned by ripe yet
