Didier Dagueneau Silex 2023 [NET] Consignment Burgundy loversSilex is the wine that made Didier Dagueneau a legend. Named for the flint ('silex') soils around St Andelain where the family is based, it comes from the estate's lowest yielding, oldest vines with the highest flint content, and it's the most famous cuvee in this cult Loire Sauvignon Blanc range. Now farmed biodynamically by son Louis Benjamin, it's smoky, powerful and built to age for years. The benchmark for what Sauvignon Blanc can become. Offered
