the Castello di Bolgheri 2020 Bolgheri Superiore shows a hint of savory greenness with peppercorn
This has softened and shows fine balance and length
This is lovely and a wine that should also age well
It has a much more attractive bouquet than the 2015 Olivier with crushed strawberry
nicely textured
Jean-Claude Bessin, Chablis Fourchaume other_regions the Castello di Bolgheri 2020There is just enough exotic character on the notably floral nose of sea breeze, oyster shell and pear aromas to merit mentioning. The middle weight flavors are not quite as dense as those of the Fort but theyre slightly finer while offering good power and punch on the peppery and spicy finish. This too will need at least a few years to reach its apogee. (90 92) 2024+
