Tire Pé Diem Merlot 2024 Folle Blanche A Burgundy natural red wineA bright, approachable Bordeaux made from organically farmed Merlot grown on clay and limestone soils overlooking the Garonne River. Grapes are hand harvested and fermented separately by parcel after a short cool maceration for gentle extraction. The wine ages in concrete tanks for eight to ten months before bottling without systematic filtration, resulting in a supple and fruit forward expression of Merlot.
