Black Crow & Button Shell Necklace | Unique First Nations Gift Orthoceras or formed through the dynamicThis Black Crow and Button Shell Necklace is a striking example of Aboriginal jewellery, handcrafted by Tasmanian Palawa artist Aunty Jeanette James. The necklace is hand strung with sustainably gathered Black Crow shells and textured Button shells, whose natural whorls reveal shades from mauve and grey to deep tan and slate. Reflecting First Nations jewellery traditions, each piece carries artistic expression and cultural meaning. Shell jewellery
