kirsch and prune preserves notions with hints of cigar box
The flavours build with notes of tobacco and pepper

Paul Pillot, Chassagne Montrachet Caillerets Vintage:2010 kirsch and prune preserves notionsAn elegant, pure and relatively high toned nose of citrus and floral elements that display a top note of lightly spiced pear. There is excellent detail and intensity to the precise medium weight and driving flavors that possess a long, linear and palate staining finish. This is lovely and should age well too. (90 93) 2014+
