from vines in the Cote Blonde that are reportedly almost 65 years old)

Deep garnet-purple colored

Refined and complex

Pierre Usseglio, Chateauneuf Du Pape Mon Aieul Size:3x1.5L This is really about earthyNext to the traditional cuve, the 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee de Mon Aieul is even riper and more concentrated, but that's not always a good thing. This all Grenache cuve offers fudge like density and rich tannins but also cooked, dead fruit flavors and bright acidity on the finish.
