Drink now through 2035
The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins
Is this the best vintage since 1990 or perhaps 1978
It’s full-bodied with layers of tannins
There is outstanding richness to the fullbodied and attractively textured flavors that possess good muscle yet the overall mouth feel is relatively refined and this sense of refinement continues onto the powerful and moderately austere but well-balanced finale
Ramey, Woolsey Road Vineyard Chardonnay Size:6x750ml Drink now through 2035The 2021 Chardonnay Woolsey Road Vineyard is perfumed and exotic. It has layered aromas of candied apricot, alpine herbs, honey, almonds and crme frache. The medium bodied palate is expansive and mouth coating with generous flavors. Firm, shimmery acidity balances its hedonistic edge, and it should be long lived in the cellar. 787 cases were made.
