I appreciate the freshness and the piquant finish

it reveals a remarkable finesse with fine pearls and sweet cherry-flavored fruit

Lightly oily and with real Pessac-Léognan character

I sampled a mind-boggling array of outstanding and often profound wines in my marathon tasting session with proprietor and winemaker Luca Currado

Boillot calls it his Bâtard du Milieu

Vincent Gaudry, Pour Vous other_regions_australia I appreciate the freshness andWhat I most like about the 2021 Pour Vous is its distinctive vintage character. It is a powerful, driven style, not full of generosity. It has menthol and green flavor characteristics with a just starting to develop toasty character. With its almost fierce nature and what seems like some phenolics, this is one to consider aging. The 2021 would pair well with fully flavored ingredients.
